Website Growth is a Riyadh-based digital studio. This notice applies when you visit webgrowth.ai, submit a project enquiry, or contact us through the channels shown on the website.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, service interest, and the project information you choose to share.

We also collect limited website-usage data such as the page visited, referral source, campaign parameters, session and visitor identifiers, and interactions such as clicks or form starts. We do not intentionally include the contents of your form fields in analytics events.

They process information on our instructions and subject to their applicable contractual and security terms. Processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia where a provider operates internationally, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

Essential session and visitor identifiers may be stored in your browser to keep analytics consistent. We retain enquiry and usage data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our business records, security, or applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and applicable exceptions, you may ask to be informed about our processing, access or obtain your data, correct it, request its destruction, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when our services or processing practices change; the latest version will remain available on this page.
